Getting to your dream is never gonna be a straight line. So, for the sake of your sanity, please put down the ruler. There’s really no equation or configuration you can come up with that’s gonna tell you exactly how you’re going to get there - And, that’s okay. It really is.

The best thing you can do when you just don’t know what else to do, is to let go of how you thought it was all supposed to go. You’ll breathe a lot easier and smile even more, when you give everything you don’t know, to the One who knows it all.

So, whatever expectations you’ve been holding on to, begin to let them go. Even if you have to pry your own hand open, I promise it’ll be worth it. Life gets way better when you give up on your own way and give into His.
