What dream are you currently turning into reality?

Traveling the world creating visuals as a director & photographer.

When did you first realize you discovered your dream?

I was very fortunate to find my passion at a very young age. I was about 11 years old when my then church started to broadcast on local television. I wanted to play with the cameras so bad, but since I was still a child, the media team only allowed me to wrangle cables and things of that sort. When I turned 13, I touched a camera for the first time, and at that moment I knew I wanted to be around things like that for the rest of my life.

How does your faith go hand in hand with pursuing your dream?

Well, I truly believe God has blessed me tremendously while pursuing my dream. I mean, I found my passion while being at church. Having a relationship with God allows me to navigate a little differently - Not take low points in life to heart. I know God is on my side, and He wouldn't give me these gifts, have me move to California by myself, just to leave me high and dry. I have so much faith in Him - I know what I see for my career will come to pass..it gives Him more glory.

What are some practical steps you take to keep moving forward?

I’m absolutely a firm believer in writing goals and things you want down on paper. If I see it on paper, it becomes real. I also start every day with devotional time and welcome God into my day.

What encouragement would you give someone who’s going after their dream?

Never ever quit, you're not alone - Keep praying and keep pushing no matter what. I was homeless at one point living in California, and it’s all been turned around because I trusted in God and kept pushing.
