The things we tell ourselves are the things that shape our lives. Whether positive or negative, we’re talking ourselves into what we believe. Maybe you’ve never thought about that before, but hey, now you can. And, it’s gonna help so much.

The thing is - We listen to what we have to say. So, we just really need to make sure what we’re saying is what we really wanna listen to. Is our self-talk “faith-talk,” or “doubt-talk?” Whichever one’s doing most of the talking is the one doing most of the decision making.

We just gotta remember- Our minds are made up by the words we keep filling it with. So, let’s fill it with the good ones, the hopeful ones. The ones we know faith would use.
