Along the way to a dream there’s gonna be a lot of people with a lot of opinions who make a lot of assumptions about a lot of the things you’re doing.

They might shake their head, roll their eyes, and oftentimes speak their mind about things that really have nothing to do with them. When that happens, remember their thoughts on what you’re doing aren’t God’s thoughts on what you’re doing.

The good thing to know is others don’t need to understand your dream for it to make sense to you.

They’re not you, they haven’t heard what God said to you, and they can’t see the big future you know will be yours one day.

So, when words get thrown around that would’ve been better left unsaid, let them fly past you. If you’ve been holding onto a comment that hurt more than you might show, let it go. If there’s chatter in your mind about what others will think when you step out of the ordinary, let all of that float away.

All that matters is what God thinks about you, what He knows about you, and what He’s given you the go ahead to do. The dreams you have are very real, the God who inspired them is very honest, and the steps to get there are very exciting.

So, brush off anything that’s been coming at you and keep your eyes absolutely locked on everything that’s ahead of you. It doesn’t need to look right to anyone else for the next step to be perfectly right for you.
