Whenever you feel God asking you to do something, you might not feel ready, but He knows you are.

I know, seems kind of backwards. I’m sure you’d like to feel completely confident before doing what’s uncomfortable, but the confidence comes along the way.

The truth is, most of us stay where we are because we don’t feel qualified to do the one thing we know to do next. “Imposter Syndrome” is a real thing, but it’s not a true thing. It’ll make up stories about who you are and what you’re capable of to keep you standing still.

The thing is, those stories aren’t real. What God says about you is. He knows you’re more capable than you think, braver than you feel, and ready for the step He’s asking you to take.

It might not feel like it at first, but don’t go along with those feelings. Go with Him instead. He only says you’re ready cause He knows you are.
