When God leads you one way, He’ll often lead you a different way after that. It’s not that He didn’t like where He was taking you, but He never intended you to go in one direction the entire way there.

That’s why it’s super important to be flexible with what you think He’s up to. When something changes, or doesn’t go how you thought, it doesn’t mean you heard God wrong. It usually means He’s just doing things a little differently than you might’ve expected.

I know, it can be confusing when you’re following His lead and everything seems to go wrong. But, God uses every “gone wrong” moment to set you up for everything that’s gonna go right.

Just keep following His lead, even in the parts that seem a little strange. You might not see it now, but looking back, you’ll see how it all made sense.
