When you look back on the last twelve months, let the highs and lows remind you of who you are and how far you’ve come. The fact that you’re still standing after all you’ve been through proves you’re the kind of person who gets to their dreams.

I mean, you knew it wouldn’t be easy getting where you are right now, but you didn’t let that phase you. You knew every step would pay off, that every step would count. So, you kept going, trusting God would help you along the way. And, when He did, like you knew He would, you didn’t take the credit. You’d smile and give Him the nod, knowing you couldn’t have pulled it off without Him. You knew He was with you, so you’d stay close to Him, and continue on to your next adventure.

And, even if you’re not fully living into your dream just yet, to you, that’s okay. You know God’s always got a reason for it. In the meantime, you’ll just keep doing what you know to do, being the kind of person He’s asked you to be, trusting that one day it’ll all come together like He said it would.

So, even though it’s the end of the year, I think we’d hear you say, “We’re just getting started.” And, I think you’re right. The year might be wrapping up, but God’s not even close to being done. It really is just the beginning. With God, we really are just getting started.
